Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you submit a request, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
The request form collects the task description you write, together with any images pasted into it, an optional website address, one contact of your choice (email or phone), optional company and role details, attached files, and the language you submitted in. A short title is derived automatically from the first line of your description — you never enter one separately.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to review your request, prepare an estimate, and get back to you. We never sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
Operational Telegram notifications
If the notification channel is enabled, the Telegram Bot API receives the automatically derived title, optional company and role details, internal type and engagement markers, the language of the request, your contact details and the number of attachments. The full task description and the files themselves are never sent to Telegram. The channel is used only to signal that a new request has arrived.
How long we keep it
Requests and their attachments are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for visitors: the selected language is stored in the page URL. The only essential cookie is the admin session; analytics are cookieless, so there is no tracking banner.
